The air conditioning only in the bedroom made it tough to get a dark sleeping environment. No power outlets worked properly and the bathroom door just wouldn't close!!! Plus, the parking management is a complete hassle!!!

I truly enjoyed its amazingly clean rooms.
Overall had warm stay on a Friday night. The restaurant was awesome for breakfast here, I had excellent dishes. The bathroom was large, with a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets.

Unique hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff, near eateries and pubs. Conveniently based in downtown area. For tea or coffee visit Murchie's nearby. A nice restaurant and an Irish bar available😀

Simple and fairly clean place. Bright rooms with a fireplace, central heating and an iron, exceptionally comfortable beds. Welcoming and exceptional staffs, gave a few recommendations.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very helpful.

Room configuration and cleanliness. Central location close to many Victoria amenities.
Bathroom needed updated. Very old faucets. Glass door on bathromm was also a little impractical when four people were sharing a room.
